Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Studio Managers who love Yoga to join our company. ## Responsibilities include: - Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff - Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week - Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends) - Tracking studio budget - Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs - Processing payroll - Oversee inventory - Work 5 Front Desk shifts - Lots of cleaning - all day every day! - Lead Teacher Trainings - Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Holidays - On call - Weekend availability ## Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin). Previous management experience is required.
