Yard Laborer

This job is for you! **The Yard Laborer will oversee the yard and manage the inventory and preparation of grease, organics, and rendering containers at the South St. Paul location.** **Hours:** Monday - Friday from 6AM - 2:30PM **WHY JOIN SANIMAX** - Full-time position, minimum 40 hours/week - Hourly pay at 24$ per hour - Full Benefits - 3% Quarterly Bonus - 401 K with 5% Match - Gym reimbursement, tuition assistance, attendance bonus, and recognition program - Green company with strong values and years of established growth and stability **RESPONSABILITES** - Manage inventory of rendering containers: Including repairs, and ordering new containers - Prep, assemble and assist loading containers onto trucks to be delivered to customer sites - Organize the container yard and ensure it is free of environmental hazards - Maintain the yard and ensuring levels of cleanliness, safety and compliance - Operate yard material handling equipment, i.e. forklift, skid steer, etc. to load/unload yard containers - Perform other tasks as related to either yard or delivery operations of containers as needed **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** - Valid driver’s license required (Class D minimum) - Forklift experience strongly preferred **SKILLS/ABILITIES:** - Mechanically inclined: set up containers and operate forklifts, cranes, hoists - Excellent communication skills - Self-starter and strong initiative - Strong organizational skills and ownership over tasks - Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Ability to find innovative solutions **WORKING CONDITIONS** - Primarily outdoors in cold and heat - Yard environment - Outdoor and some indoor functions in office environment or warehouse - Must be able to work in the cold and heat **Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!** [Follow us on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/sanimax/) *Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
