Essential Duties Responsibilities: Must have a Class A License or a current Class A permit Ability to safely load trucks and hostler trailers. Demonstrated ability to learn complex systems and concepts. Comfortable with PLC and controlled equipment. Must work around cleaning chemicals and be able to lift and carry 65 lbs. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Frequently check and refuel refer units in a timely manner throughout the shift. Upholds highest quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices. Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team. Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations. Communicate clearly with incoming drivers from our outside suppliers. Upholds quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas. Ability and working knowledge on how to maintain the yard goat during day-to-day functions. Communicates with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations. Set-up oncoming shift for successful run. Complete hourly trailer checks for fuel, refer faults, ensure refrigerators are running and rear doors are closed when in use. Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team. Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift tailgate meetings and by meeting with off-going Line Technician. SQF Requirements… Maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the yard area in a sanitary manner. Report food safety problems to personal with authority to initiate action. Ensure all programs are being upheld and documentation is current. Hours are 5 pm to 5:30 am For candidates based in California, this position starts at $25.60/hr per the CBA.
