**Yard Driver Manager - $65k-$75K Salary+ Monthly Bonuses!** Seeking an experienced **Yard Driver Manager** to oversee driver operations for a well-known distribution center in **West Jefferson, OH.** RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee and direct the activities of yard jockeys on all shifts for an operation that runs 24/7. - Ensure full compliance with all safety and maintenance standards. - Maintain driver schedules and timecards. - Make sure all drivers are following yard procedures. - Coordinate driver training. - Review safety and productivity information and adjust accordingly. - Evaluate, develop, and supervise all yard drivers. - Safely maneuver and back semi-trailers as a full shift driver. - Perform other duties as assigned. - **$60,000 - $75,000 salary** - **Up to a $1,000 monthly bonus based on key performance goals** BENEFITS Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx, Life Insurance.
