Yard Driver - 1st Shift (Mon-Fri)

Support the HSN difference in the performance of all job responsibilities - This positions reports on-site in Piney Flats, TN - First shift (Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm) - You will report to the Inbound Area Manager **Where You'll Work** - This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. **What You'll Do** - Transport and position trailers to support inbound and outbound operations, moving units between yard locations and dock doors according to the established daily schedule. - Manage trailer flow and documentation, including updating trailer status in Scan‑Data/TMS, recording load start/end times, and ensuring accurate manifest processing. - Monitor loading activity and complete manual load audit procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Coordinate yard activities, including meeting drivers, dispatching trailers, scheduling moves, and completing required paperwork. - Support operational continuity by coordinating repairs and fueling with external vendors, maintaining yard organization, and responding to priority needs as they arise. **What You'll Bring** - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ year of experience operating yard tractors or similar equipment - Safely maneuver trailers in a yard and dock environment Our **Total Rewards** package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
