About Us MedTech World is the leading platform connecting the global MedTech ecosystem, bringing together innovators, investors, hospitals, and health systems through flagship events across four regions and a series of digital and community initiatives. About the Role The World Connect Programme Manager owns MedTech World's curated matchmaking programme end to end, responsible for looping in buyers, hospitals, and health system decision-makers with our sponsors and solution providers across all four flagship events. This is a high-visibility role working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, and directly with hospitals, buyers, sponsors, and delegates. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years managing a client-facing matchmaking, delegate, or account programme, ideally within events or conferences. Responsibilities - Own the World Connect matchmaking programme across all four flagship events, from year-round planning through onsite delivery. - Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with hospital and health system buyers to build a strong, vetted pipeline of participants. - Manage and grow relationships with sponsors and partners to maximize programme engagement and renewal. - Research and develop new hospital, health system, and industry partner relationships to expand the programme's reach, working with the Partnerships team. - Oversee data integrity across CRM/matchmaking platforms in coordination with Product and Marketing. - Own participant support (queries, troubleshooting, onboarding) to deliver a consistently high-touch experience for buyers and hospitals. - Report on programme performance (meetings booked, buyer satisfaction, sponsor ROI) and provide recommendations to leadership. - Manage and mentor junior support/coordinator staff as the programme scales.
