About the job As a Workplace Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workplace services and operations for a large portfolio within the New York City Campus. You will manage work through your problem-solving skills and deliver results. You will act as a trusted partner for the business, developing an understanding of culture, priorities, headcount growth plans and site strategies, and a trusted collaborator with other Real Estate Workplace Services (REWS) teams in New York. You will be comfortable working in an organization, building trust in difficult situations, bringing stakeholders along on the journey by getting buy-in and consensus from leaders with various opinions and guiding decision making where trade-offs are required. You will ensure that vendor partners working with the team are an extension of REWS, helping to define “how” services are delivered. You will model humility, act with integrity, in the work that you do across the Global Workplace Services community, and the broader REWS organization.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $157000 - $228000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google. Responsibilities Manage New York workplace operations using data. Partner with stakeholders and the center of excellence to innovate, reach consensus, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with real estate and workplace services (REWS), Tech, and Finance on initiatives, fiscal duties, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Support expansions and lead proactive vendor strategies for efficient, integrated operations. Partner with stakeholders to solve business needs. Influence C-suite leaders for consensus and present at all levels, from executive leadership to local constituents and boards. Apply a hospitality-focused, customer-driven approach. Collaborate with external providers and REWS teams to refine policies, enhancing service delivery and improving the user experience. Manage front and back of house operations. Analyze space and user data to ensure efficient delivery and programming.
