You will join a place where collaboration, excellence, and meaningful impact guide how we build what comes next. ### What You'll Do As our Workplace Experience Specialist, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience at Exotec's North America headquarters in Atlanta. Sitting at the intersection of workplace operations, employee engagement, and hospitality, you'll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while helping build a positive and connected workplace culture. - Plan and champion local employee experience initiatives, including engagement activities, internal events, wellness programs, communications, and workplace culture efforts. - Serve as a key point of contact for workplace operations, ensuring employees, visitors, and clients have a positive experience in our Atlanta office. - Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, from sourcing and contracting through ongoing performance oversight. - Coordinate workplace projects, office improvements, relocations, and operational initiatives. - Partner with Finance to manage invoices, budgets, and workplace-related services. - Support onboarding activities and contribute to a welcoming experience for new hires. - Help drive clear and engaging internal communications across the North America team. - Identify opportunities to improve workplace services, employee experience, and operational processes.
