Location: Lima, Peru. Work Model: Hybrid, with on-site attendance in Lima based on client requirements. At Coforge, we are looking for Workforce & Resource Deployment Analyst (22192) with the following profile. Main Responsibilities Manage end-to-end resource deployment processes, ensuring alignment between workforce availability and project requirements. Maintain and update resource allocation and project assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes. Monitor bench management, tracking available resources and identifying placement opportunities. Track demand pipelines and staffing needs for local and international client projects. Collaborate with Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to ensure workforce visibility and accurate resource planning. Ensure adherence to workforce management processes, standards, and governance frameworks. Generate reports and dashboards related to resource utilization, bench status, and demand coverage. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of workforce management best practices. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Planning, or similar roles within IT services or nearshoring environments. Strong understanding of demand management and staffing dynamics in client-facing environments. Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher), written and spoken. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability. Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience working in multinational or cross-border IT services environments. Familiarity with resource and project management concepts in SAP-driven environments. Knowledge of workforce management tools beyond SAP (e.g., resource management platforms, BI tools). Experience supporting organizational change or process standardization initiatives.
