**WHO WE ARE** We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry. Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together. **WHAT WE’LL NEED** The Workforce Planning Manager will build and manage Wingstop's workforce planning and contingent labor function. This role will own the contractor and temporary workforce ecosystem, including Beeline administration, contractor lifecycle management, vendor relationships, staffing programs, and workforce reporting. This is a hands-on build role for someone who can manage the day-to-day work while creating the processes, reporting, and standards the function needs to scale. The person in this role will develop internal processes for contractor management, spend tracking, reporting, and headcount planning, then work with Beeline to implement those processes into the system and help configure the platform to match how Wingstop needs to operate. Beeline is the tool: the job is building the function and using Beeline to run it. The Workforce Planning Manager will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Restaurants HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, vendors, and business leaders to improve visibility, consistency, and control across contingent labor and workforce planning activity. - Own and administer the Beeline VMS platform, including requisition workflow, contractor onboarding, contractor management, vendor coordination, reporting, and system optimization. - Manage the full contractor and contingent workforce lifecycle from request intake through onboarding, extensions, offboarding, and vendor follow-up. - Build and maintain staffing vendor relationships, including agency partnerships, service expectations, performance tracking, and issue resolution. - Lead high-volume and seasonal staffing programs, including temporary labor strategies and restaurant staffing support. - Coordinate General Manager recruiting activity in partnership with the Corporate Restaurants HRBP team and Talent Acquisition leadership. - Develop workforce planning reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into contractor spend, headcount, vendor usage, staffing trends, and business needs. - Create scalable processes, standards, documentation, and governance for contingent labor, workforce planning, and staffing program execution. - Partner with Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure contingent workforce activity is accurate, compliant, and aligned to business priorities. - Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance, reduce process friction, and strengthen workforce planning discipline across the enterprise. **WHAT YOU’LL NEED** - Bring 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, contingent workforce management, talent operations, staffing programs, or a related people operations function. - Demonstrate hands-on experience with Beeline or a comparable vendor management system, strongly preferred. - Build processes, reporting, and operating routines in environments where structure is still being developed. - Manage staffing vendors, agency partners, service expectations, and performance follow-up. - Analyze workforce data, contractor activity, headcount trends, and staffing needs to support better business decisions. - Operate independently, manage competing priorities,…
