This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Role Overview As a Workforce operation Specialist, you will be the architect of our high-volume workforce lifecycle, specifically focusing on the strategic acquisition and engagement of Helpers and Drivers. Your mission is to build a robust talent pipeline that balances speed and scale with high-performance standards. t, you will lead initiatives to improve workforce quality (High PPH/Low Damage) and foster long-term engagement with our top-tier performers. What You Will Do Strategic Workforce Acquisition & Growth Capacity Alignment: Partner with the Logistics and Planning teams to "right-size" the workforce, ensuring the talent pipeline matches operational demand and turnover forecasts. 2. Quality Governance & Performance Management Recruitment Quality: Implement rigorous selection criteria to identify "Quality Workers" likely to deliver high PPH (Parcel Per Hour) and maintain low damage rates . Funnel Optimization: Design a top-notch acquisition funnel that minimizes friction for users while effectively filtering out ineligible candidates to safeguard the workforce 3. Onboarding & Worker Education Streamlined Onboarding: Manage the onboarding execution team to ensure a seamless "Sign-up to Shift" transition, improving first-day show rates. Educational Programming: Create and deliver online training materials and offline briefings to educate workers on platform guidelines, safety SOPs, and operational best practices. Process Improvement: Continuously identify bottlenecks in the worker journey and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them. 4. Quality Worker Retention: Develop engagement programs specifically designed to retain high-performing workers and improve their lifetime value on the platform. Basic Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in handling on-site worker onboarding, attendance, and shift scheduling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
