**Job Summary:** We are seeking a **hands-on Workforce Developer** with strong experience in **ADP Workforce Software (WFS)** development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing workforce management solutions using WFS’s proprietary scripting language, with a strong emphasis on backend coding and data manipulation using **SQL**. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and customize solutions within the **ADP Workforce Software (WFS)** platform, using its proprietary scripting language (JavaScript-like). - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and HR operations teams to gather technical requirements. - Design and implement configuration changes, workflows, interfaces, and rules in WFS modules (e.g., Time & Attendance, Scheduling). - Write, debug, and maintain efficient and scalable code within WFS. - Build reports, queries, and database interactions using **SQL**. - Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and integration errors. - Participate in full SDLC activities – from requirements to deployment and support. - Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation. This is a remote position.
