Responsibilities include operating forklifts to move and stage pallets, using RF scanners to track inventory, loading trailers accurately, and working closely with drivers to verify shipments and process documentation. Employees are expected to stay active throughout the shift and assist across general warehouse operations as needed. Work is physically demanding and performed in a non‑temperature‑controlled, dusty industrial setting, requiring attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks. A strong safety mindset is essential, with an expectation to follow procedures, operate equipment safely, and maintain an organized workspace.
