Workday Developer

**💼 Job Title:** Workday Developer **🔍 Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **Workday Developer** to design, build, and support Workday integrations, reports, and configurations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom reports, with a solid understanding of HR and Payroll business processes. **⚙️ Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using **Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs**. - Design and maintain **custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT)** within Workday. - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. - Troubleshoot integration and reporting issues, ensuring optimal system performance. - Maintain and support existing Workday integrations and configurations. - Participate in Workday releases and ensure seamless adoption of new features. **🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - **2–5 years of Workday development experience.** - Strong expertise in **Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and BIRT**. - Experience with **Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules**. - Understanding of **XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs**, and web service integrations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **⭐ Preferred Qualifications:** - Workday Certification (Integration or Reporting). - Experience with **Workday Extend** or **Workday Prism Analytics**. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
