Wood Shop Operator - Pivotal Health Solutions

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a 1^st^ Shift Wood Shop Assembler to join our team in Watertown, SD. In this role, you will be responsible for producing finished products through various types of assembly and manufacturing. **Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities** - Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers, athletic training equipment, etc. - Assemble wood components into finished products on time and within PHS quality standards - Utilize work instructions to follow established assembly procedures - Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions - Document actions by completing production and quality forms - Utilize Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materials - Build defect-free products that meet Quality Standards - Build products within time standards - Adhere to safety standards and requirements - Performs other duties as assigned **Job Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous woodshop/wood fabrication experience strongly preferred - Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings - CNC machine experience - Applicants must have a high level of mechanical aptitude - Applicants must have good communication skills - Applicants must have basic computer knowledge - Applicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment. - Applicants must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low, work at a constant pace, and lift and carry up to 75 pounds. - Valid Driver’s License **Benefits** - Pivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.
