Position Overview We are looking for motivated, reliable **Field Technicians** to join our growing team at Window Hero Atlanta. In this role, you’ll be handling full-scale residential and commercial exterior maintenance. **Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or gutter care is highly preferred and will put you at the top of our list**, but it is not strictly required. Please visit our website and look at wh Key Responsibilities - **Window Cleaning:** Provide flawless interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial properties. - **Pressure & Soft Washing:** Operate commercial-grade pressure washers and specialized soft-wash systems to safely clean siding, roofs, driveways, and decks. - **Gutter Maintenance:** Clear, flush, and inspect gutter systems safely and efficiently. - **Equipment & Fleet Care:** Maintain clean, organized trucks and ensure all specialized tools (ladders, pumps, hoses) are properly cared for. - **Customer Service:** Represent Window Hero Atlanta professionally on-site, communicating clearly with property owners and ensuring total job satisfaction. What We Are Looking For - **Experience (Preferred, Not Required):** Professional background in exterior cleaning, roofing, landscaping, or construction is a major plus. - **Physical Stamina:** Ability to handle physical outdoor work in various weather conditions, move equipment, and comfortably handle ladders up to 32 feet. - **Reliability & Punctuality:** You show up on time, every day, ready to roll.
