**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Safety minded. - Sets up Winder with proper program for part. - Threads fibers in head and mixes epoxy for tank as required. - Operates Winder according to job specifications. - Cleans machine at end of shift, cleans mandrels after use and cleans up around work area. - Unloads/loads parts from winder, places on rack, places rack in oven for curing. - Removes cured parts from Mandrel using puller and inspects parts for flaws. - Records time and work on Labor Ticket each day in the MRP system - Communicates all production/winder related information to next shift Winder or shift Supervisor. - Perform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position. **OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assists with material handling between departments - Assists in training of new operators - Moves winding materials to and from storage to production area - Document work performed and scrapped - Other tasks as assigned - Works to meet quotas **QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:** Basic Computer literacy - Ability to use common hand tools - Conversion of weights and measures - Comprehension of written and verbal communication skills - Problem solving skills - Basic mathematical skills (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division) - Ability to multi-task (winding to cutting or ovens) - Ability to contribute towards the success of the team - Attention to detail and accuracy **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** - Prolonged standing/walking - Occasional lifting, pulling and carrying up to 50 pounds - Lifting from waist to shoulder - Pushing/pulling forces up to 20 pounds - Occasional reaching above and below shoulder level - Repetitive motion and occasional awkward postures of finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder or neck movement - Frequent forceful hand grasp - Reading - Bending/twisting/balancing - Use of vibrating tools - Hearing - Speaking clearly - Seeing to visually inspect, measure/assemble at a close distance - Distinguishes colors - Requires wearing a respirator - Occasional use of power tools, slicing/cutting equipment and equipment producing excessive heat **WORK ENVIRONMENT/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:** - Exposure to hazardous chemicals/fumes/gases, smoke and dust - Frequent exposure to dangerous machinery **SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:** - This position is designated as a Safety Sensitive Position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
