Who is VetEvolve? VetEvolve is a network of veterinary practices built to support the people delivering care and the practices they lead. We combine clinical insight with operational strength to give our teams the support, tools, and structure they need to thrive, without losing what makes each practice unique. We are intentionally focused on growth, not as an end in itself, but as a way to strengthen our practices, expand access to care, and create more opportunities for our teams. Guided by our values: Care First. Better Together. Grow Forward. Own It. We create an environment where veterinary professionals can do their best work, build meaningful careers, and deliver exceptional care. Growth with intention. Care without compromise. White Oaks Veterinary Hospital – Manheim, Pennsylvania Associate Small Animal Veterinarian White Oaks Veterinary Hospital, a well-established, family-oriented general practice in Manheim, PA, is looking for an Associate Small Animal Veterinarian to join our experienced and supportive team. We are a Monday–Friday practice with no weekend, after-hours, or emergency responsibilities , and offer 30–35 hours per week with flexibility in how those hours are scheduled . Our goal is to provide our doctors with a schedule that allows them to practice good medicine, build relationships with their clients, and still have a life outside of work. Why White Oaks? A practice built on relationships White Oaks has been part of the Manheim community for decades and has earned a strong reputation through consistency, personal relationships, and word-of-mouth referrals. Many of our clients pass other veterinary practices to continue coming to White Oaks because they know and trust our doctors and team. Historically, we have grown almost entirely through client referrals rather than traditional advertising. A thoughtful pace and appointment-based practice We believe veterinarians do their best work when they have the time and support to think through cases, communicate with clients, and provide quality care. Our appointment-based model is designed to provide a manageable pace rather than the high-volume feel of many modern veterinary hospitals. An experienced, supportive team Our team includes two experienced veterinarians with university internship training, Certified Veterinary Technicians, skilled veterinary assistants, and a practice manager who has been with White Oaks for 29 years . Our support staff brings a wide range of experience and skills, and we encourage team members to work to the top of their abilities. This allows our doctors to focus on medicine, diagnostics, treatment plans, and client communication rather than trying to do everything themselves. Collaboration without competition Our doctors work closely together and have the opportunity to discuss cases, share ideas, and learn from one another. Whether you are an experienced veterinarian looking for a collaborative environment or a newer graduate looking for mentorship and support, you will have experienced doctors around you who are invested in providing excellent patient care. High-quality medicine with the resources to support it White Oaks is housed in a modern, purpose-built facility built in 2011. Our hospital includes four exam rooms, a comfort room, separate cat and dog kennels, digital radiography including dental x-rays, and a Mindray Vetus 7 ultrasound. Our caseload includes wellness and preventative care, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, dermatology, internal medicine, and medical workups. We pursue appropriate diagnostics in-house while maintaining relationships with local specialists when referral is the best option. Our surgical caseload excludes orthopedic and thoracic procedures. Medicine that is both high-quality and approachable We believe excellent veterinary medicine should also be accessible to the families we serve. Our doctors take the time to educate clients, discuss options, and develop treatment plans that consider both…
