This includes loading product on and off the machine, as well as loading programs and performing preventative maintenance. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Maintaining the operation of the BACA - Staging and positioning product on the machine - Inspecting and aligning correct tooling - Unloading the machine with quality checks - Physically lift and move substantial parts - Utilize overhead pneumatic vacuum lift to move parts - Participate in production studies and improvements to improve efficiency - Accomplishes production results by working with the BACA team **MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS** - High School diploma - 2-4 years of experience in a production machinery environment - Some software and programming knowledge - Experience with cutting and polishing tools - Detail oriented - Proactive and positive attitude - Good math skills **MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** - Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. - Ability to work while standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts - Ability to move and carry substantial parts on varied surfaces - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to safely operate overhead crane - Ability to follow all safety requirements - Ability to use measuring tools
