Werkstudent Content & Brand (m/w/d)

About the Role A fast-growing Berlin-based B2B performance marketing agency is looking for a creative, self-driven Werkstudent Content & Brand (m/w/d) to own its entire brand presence from the ground up. This is a real ownership role — not an assistant position. You'll shape how the company shows up across LinkedIn, video, design, and every sales and marketing touchpoint that matters. You'll work 16–20 hours per week on a Werkstudent basis, ideally for 12+ months , on-site in Berlin (Mitte) . What You'll Do Write compelling LinkedIn content for company founders and the company account — hooks, storylines, carousels — calibrated to the tone a B2B niche actually responds to. Produce image and video content end-to-end: concept, shoot, edit, design. Think Reels, talking heads, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes. Own brand consistency across all channels: website, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates — everything should feel cohesive. Build and maintain a content calendar and keep publishing cadence consistent — shipping beats perfecting. Track performance data, identify winning formats, and scale what resonates. What We're Looking For Must-haves (dealbreakers): Currently enrolled student with 16–20 hours/week available, ideally for 12+ months. Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent) — concept to final delivery. Proficiency in design/graphics tools (Figma, Canva, or equivalent) for visual assets, pitch decks, and sales materials. Demonstrated experience producing LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, hooks) with an understanding of what performs on the platform. Strongly preferred: Experience writing marketing and brand content for B2B or SaaS audiences. Experience managing content calendars and executing consistent publishing schedules. Experience analyzing content performance metrics and using data to inform strategy. Experience producing video content end-to-end, including filming, editing, and post-production. Experience building brand consistency across multiple touchpoints (website, decks, templates, marketing materials). Nice to have: Experience with photography, lighting, and on-location content production. Exposure to GTM, sales enablement, or marketing for B2B software/SaaS companies. A portfolio or examples of personal content creation projects or published work. You're a great fit if you: Move independently — you generate ideas, execute them, and seek feedback proactively. Want to build a brand from scratch rather than iterate within a corporate process. Live on LinkedIn and genuinely understand what makes content land. Have a portfolio or samples ready to share.
