To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary (essential) duty with skill.* **Job Summary** To coordinate with operations management to prepare for projects, perform duties to mobilize, rig up, operate, and demobilize from projects, and finally, to lead or facilitate post-project meetings. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** - Operating filter systems, Oil/H2O separations tanks, produced water treatment systems, and oilfield chemistry. - Generate field Job Safety Analysis reports. - To work with safety as a top priority in order to minimize accidents and incidents. - To continually improve personal knowledge and experience. - To maintain a high standard of housekeeping, good discipline and respect for peers and superiors. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Common knowledge of electronic and computer skills. - Working with high pressure and hazardous chemicals. - Working in extreme weathered conditions. - Able to manage multiple, concurrent projects. - Willingness to learn and share assignments. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. - Effectively deal with deadlines and changing priorities. - Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. **Other Duties and Responsibilitie**s **OE/Lean** - Actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Suggestions, Daily Management Control, Standard Work, and Problem Solving. - Attends all OE training as it is deployed by the OE team. - Suggestions – 18 per year. Gemba walk done daily. - Must have the capability of running a complete job night shift under the guidance of a Supervisor available for job situations and technical expertise.
