This position performs duties including welding various types of materials with MIG and TIG applications. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Responsible for manufacturing and repair functions in the welding shop. - Fabricate downhole drilling equipment, including stabilizers. - Experience in applying various Hard Facings used on Stabilizers - Experience in repairing Stabilizers - Manual Cylindrical Grinding - Work with management to estimate time frame on welding jobs. - Maintain a clean and safe working environment. - Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements. - Perform other duties as required by Supervisor. **Education/Experience:** - High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred. - 1 year of welding experience preferred. - Equivalent combination of experience and/or training. **Outstanding Benefits:** - Medical, Dental, and Vision - Matching 401(k) Plan - Personal Time Off (PTO) - 100% Company paid Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), and Basic Life Insurance.
