As part of the Aebi Schmidt Group, we are committed to delivering superior solutions to our customers as well as providing rewarding career opportunities. **Shift: 1st** **Responsibilities** - Reads and comprehends blueprints. - Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding from blueprints. - Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together. - Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds part to secure in position for welding. - Sets up equipment and welds parts, GMAW MIG. - Fabricate and design non-engineered parts. **Qualifications** - One year certificate from college or technical school in welding/fabrication or relevant experience. - Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. without assistance. - Ability to work from various squatting, kneeling, or bending positions. - Ability to read, understand, and carry out instructions as detailed in blueprints. - Proficient in adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. - The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. - Proficient in the computation of rate, ratio, and percent and its application in practical situations. **Benefits** - 401k with Company Match After 90 Days - Health Insurance 1st of the Month after Hire - Vision & Dental Insurance 1st of the Month after Hire - Life & Disability Insurance 1st of the Month after Hire - Flexible Spending - Paid Vacation Upon Hire - Reimbursement for Work Boots and Prescription Safety Glasses - Holiday Package ***Aebi Schmidt is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.*** ***EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled***
