You are a team player with an eagerness to grow and help those around you. You use your time management skills to ensure all tasks are done in an efficient manner. **As a Welder with Maintainer, you will be responsible for:** - Appling basic understanding in the operation and maintenance of machines and tools utilized in the manufacturing environment. - Positioning, producing and/or fastening parts in specified relationship to each other according to the manufacturing schedule. - Maintaining a clean and safe workstation, maintaining and wearing all required personal protective safety equipment. - Working at different workstations as needs require or shifts from one station to another. Able to promptly produce quality work that satisfies customer requirements. - Participating in all continuous improvement programs by offering suggestions and by exhibiting initiative in the area within direct control. - Following all organizational, department/area, safety policies, procedures. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - One-year prior welding experience is preferred with basic knowledge of welding process. - Must successfully meet the Welding Skills Tests performance qualification requirement. - Must pass drug screen prior to employment. - Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
