We contribute to a world in which people reliably feel protected, safe, and secure. ## Description - Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products. - Install and repair various equipment and components. - Follow blueprints to meet product specifications. - Calculate material measurements to verify specifications. - Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance. - Ability to read CAD drawings. - Analytical and reasoning skills. - Proficient in math and measurement. - Respect for safety guidelines and regulations. - Ensure all required aspects of the projects are carried out to customer specifications. - Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing team members to complete tasks in accordance to project timeline. - Flexible schedule for travel purposes (mostly domestic). - Proficient in weld finishing. ## Requirements · High school diploma or GED · Must possess US Citizenship · 3-5 years of MIG & TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or other related field. · Advanced familiarity with welding tools, measuring devices and procedures. · Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics. · Ability to handle physical workload. · Strong troubleshooting & critical thinking skills. · Highly detail-oriented & self-motivated. · Efficient in team communication & collaboration. · Prefer Certificate from a welding program. · Lifting requirements of up to 50# · Bending, stooping, kneeling, sweeping, stepping, walking as needed along with sitting/standing for long periods of time.
