Whether you’re experienced in fabrication or looking to grow your welding career, Imperial offers stable work, strong culture, modern equipment, and opportunities to grow. **Available Shifts** 1st Shift Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift Monday – Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM 3rd Shift Monday – Thursday 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM **What You’ll Do** This role is responsible for welding and fabricating standard and custom bins, hoppers, silos, tanks, and related equipment used across industries including food processing, plastics, chemicals, wastewater, and manufacturing. **Daily responsibilities may include:** - Measuring, layout work, grinding, and blueprint reading - Tack welding and final welding of components - Operating welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently - Using overhead cranes, torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and material handling equipment - Setting up weld equipment for specific tasks and materials - Inspecting welds and finished surfaces for quality and accuracy - Grinding and finishing welds for clean, professional appearance - Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area - Following all safety procedures and PPE requirements **What We’re Looking For** - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately - Experience with GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, and FCAW processes preferred - Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Positive attitude and willingness to learn **Why Imperial?** - Stable, full-time work with overtime opportunities - Modern manufacturing environment - 4-day work weeks on 2nd and 3rd shift - Team-oriented culture - Competitive pay and benefits - Opportunities for advancement and skill development - Built in Central Wisconsin by people who care about quality **Join the Team** If you’re someone who enjoys building, creating, and taking pride in your work, we’d love to talk with you.
