We are seeking **Weighmaster for our Wilson plant** We are looking for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and operations‑focused professional to support plant administration, material movement, and trucking operations. This hybrid role plays a critical part in daily plant operations—serving as the central hub for **weighing, logistics coordination, reporting, and operational analysis**—while partnering with plant leadership to improve efficiency, cost control, and decision‑making. **Your Impact in This Role** **Weighing, Yard & Logistics Operations** - Weigh inbound and outbound materials and accurately enter weight tickets - Monitor daily yard movements, material flow, and scale activity - Schedule trucks for deliveries and pickups and direct unloading activity - Communicate service updates with suppliers, customers, and drivers - Ensure compliance with inbound quality inspection procedures **Trucking & Operations Analytics** - Collect, analyze, and interpret trucking data including fuel usage, route efficiency, maintenance costs, and driver performance - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for trucking and plant operations - Identify trends, performance gaps, and cost‑reduction opportunities - Recommend and support implementation of process improvements and best practices - Stay current on transportation regulations, industry trends, and emerging technologies **Reporting & Business Analysis** - Run and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports - Create dashboards, charts, graphs, and Excel‑based databases - Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports to support leadership decision‑making **Administrative & HR Support** - Answer phones professionally and provide front‑office coverage - Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Office Manager **What You Bring to the Table** **Required** - High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience) - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment **Technical Skills** - Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI preferred) - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central preferred) **Preferred** - Weights and Measures experience - Working knowledge of **SAP, ENWIS, ADP, and Citrix** - Trucking or transportation industry experience - Knowledge of DOT regulations - Glass processing or industrial manufacturing experience - Bilingual Spanish **Benefits** - Medical Insurance - Prescription Drug Benefits - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Disability Insurance - Critical Illness Insurance - 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Sibelco is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genet…
