As a multi-year Home Care Pulse “Employer of Choice” for eight consecutive years, we’re proud to offer a supportive work environment where caregivers can build steady hours, often with just one or two consistent clients, and make a meaningful impact every day. **We are looking for Caregivers to work in Cumberland County.** **Schedule:** - Flexible shifts (Choose your own shifts) - Full-time hours - Part-time hours - 2-hour shifts - 8-hour shifts - 10+ hour shifts - Weekdays - Weekends - Live-in potential (Has a separate pay range) **Benefits (Why Caregivers want to work for us):** - $17.00–$17.50/hour (based on experience and shift) - $5 shift gas Supplement for every shift you go to! - $0.50 per hour Attendance Incentive - National Rate Mileage Reimbursement when providing transportation for the client - Paid virtual or in-person training - Yearly Pay Increase - Part-time with a potential for more hours, only if wanted - Dental/Vision/Life Ins/ ST Disability/Accidental Critical Illness insurance - Holidays paid at Time and a Half - Emergency Support Staff available 24/7 **Main Responsibilities of the Caregivers:** - Running errands - Light housekeeping - Transporting clients - Personal care - Meal Prep **Requirements of the Caregiver:** - At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experience - At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience - Family caregiving experience accepted - Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance - Willing to undergo a criminal background check Our company follows a HIGHER standard.
