**Benefits:** - Free food & snacks **Schedule:** Saturday & Sunday, 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM Additional weekday evening shifts may be available. **Position Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and energetic Grill Cook to join our team for weekend breakfast and lunch service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast and grill items while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency during busy service periods. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and standards. - Operate grill, flat top, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely. - Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper portioning. - Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift. - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning duties as needed. - Work effectively with team members to provide excellent guest service. **Qualifications:** - Previous grill cook or breakfast cooking experience preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. - Strong attention to food quality and safety. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
