Those without a Poly will not be considered.\*\*** **Required Skills:** - Demonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements for SharePoint sites service now, saves and custom applications - Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Designer - Demonstrated experience developing on low-code, no-code platforms (i.e., ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Sharepoint) - Demonstrated experience providing application support identifying and validating requirements for Salesforce - Demonstrated experience adding new features, optimizing, scaling, or improving stability and performance of Applications - Demonstrated experience applying usability and accessibility standards, user research, and user-centered design principles for software development to optimize application interface designs - Demonstrated experience using JavaScript (JS) **Work Requirements:** - Provide full software build to include front and back-end system and sub-system components - Apply knowledge of usability and accessibility standards, user research, and user-centered design principles to optimize application interface designs - Perform development activities in accordance with the client's regulations regarding accessibility standards for Information Technology as codified by the Accessibility Standards and Accessibility Test Criteria - Capture, document, track, report and archive products and services requested from partner to the client - Perform all Operations and Maintenance support to the client portfolio. This support includes but is not limited to: Providing desk side assistance as well as e-mail assistance on solving users' day-to-day issues
