Liderarás el diseño de punta a punta (UX/UI) para proyectos web complejos, como sitios de marca, plataformas de configuración de vehículos y landing pages de alto impacto. Traducir los objetivos de negocio y las necesidades del usuario en flujos de navegación intuitivos, wireframes detallados, prototipos interactivos y mockups de alta fidelidad. Crear y mantener sistemas de diseño (Design Systems) para garantizar consistencia y escalabilidad en todas las plataformas digitales de la marca. Colaborar estrechamente con estrategas, desarrolladores, copywriters y project managers para dar vida a soluciones digitales cohesivas y de clase mundial. Presentar decisiones de diseño de manera convincente ante equipos internos y stakeholders, basándote en principios de UX, datos y mejores prácticas. Skills Requeridos. Licenciatura Diseño Gráfic, Multimedia, Comunicación visual o carreras afines Experiencia +5 años Excelente manejo de Figma, Sketch y la Adobe Creative Suite.
