We believe in the power of collaboration, working alongside for-profit businesses, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and local community members to create stronger, healthier communities. **Position Overview:** **Application Deadline:** July 26, 2026. **Job Title:** Weatherization Technician. **Position Type:** Full-Time, 40 hours per week. **Schedule:** Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. **Pay Range:** $21.87 - $25.80 hourly depending on experience. **Position Goal:** The **Weatherization Technician** is responsible for performing weatherization services in homes and housing units of program-eligible participants. Under direct supervision from the Weatherization Support Supervisor, duties include; installing materials, operating blower doors and insulation blowers, operating other hand and power tools, performing equipment maintenance, and generally performing various aspects of manual labor.
