As a Wealth Manager, you will partner closely with clients to understand their financial goals, develop tailored strategies, and provide comprehensive guidance to support their long-term financial success. This role requires strong relationship management skills, technical expertise, and a proactive, client-centered approach to wealth planning. ## Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, including analysis of income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and overall financial health. - Partner with clients to define and prioritize financial goals and long-term objectives. - Develop customized financial plans encompassing investment management, tax planning considerations, estate planning, retirement planning, and risk management strategies. - Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members on complex financial planning matters. - Deliver strategic recommendations aligned with clients’ evolving financial needs and objectives. - Design and manage investment portfolios tailored to clients’ risk tolerance, time horizon, and financial goals. - Develop tax-efficient strategies aimed at minimizing liabilities and optimizing financial outcomes. - Identify estate planning needs, including wills, trusts, and wealth transfer strategies, while coordinating with external legal and tax professionals as needed. - Evaluate financial risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation and insurance solutions. - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. - Monitor client progress and adjust financial plans and strategies as circumstances evolve. - Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, fiduciary responsibilities, and ethical standards. - Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, regulatory developments, and best practices. - Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field required. - Series 65 license required. - CFP® certification required or actively pursuing CFP® designation. - 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related advisory role. - Proven experience managing complex client relationships and high-net-worth portfolios. - Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, tax planning, and estate planning concepts. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. -…
