In addition to possessing the ability to live out our core and functional values daily, candidates must possess the following requirements: **C** **andidates for a** **Level I Mechanic must possess the following requirements**: - High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). - Up to 1 year of specialized or technical training beyond high school is desired. - A desired 1 year of specialized training and experience in potable water production, equipment maintenance and industrial applications for plumbing and electrical understanding. - Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work. **LICENSING/CERTIFICATIONS:** - Valid AZ Driver's License. - ADEQ certification in: Water Distribution Grade I and Water Treatment Grade I desired at time of hire. - If Certification is not currently possessed by applicants, they will be granted the ability to obtain both within one year of hire.
