The ideal candidate must hold a **minimum IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification** and have hands-on experience in water mitigation, structural drying, and restoration procedures. As a WRT Technician, you will respond to water damage emergencies, perform mitigation services, and help restore affected properties to pre-loss condition.
