This hands-on role is perfect for someone who isn’t afraid of physical work, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond to water, fire and mold damage losses with urgency and professionalism. - Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, demolition, and mold remediation tasks. - Set up, monitor, and break down restoration equipment according to IICRC standards. - Take detailed moisture readings and accurately document job progress using mobile apps or job forms. - Communicate clearly and empathetically with property owners experiencing high stress. - Work closely with team members, project managers, and insurance adjusters. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized job site. **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) or Mold Remediation Technician certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). - Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. - Must be available for occasional on-call shifts, including nights/weekends. - Strong attention to detail, with excellent customer communication skills. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. **Who You Are** You are someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, the first time.
