We take pride in our work, treat people with respect, and stand behind what we do. **Deliver what you promiseRespect the individualHave pride in your workKeep learning and improving** **What We’re Looking For** - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Able to lift 75 lbs and handle physically demanding work - Comfortable working nights/weekends when scheduled for on-call - Reliable, on time, and accountable - Strong work ethic and team mentality - Restoration or mitigation field experience is strongly preferred. - Experience in restoration, construction, or skilled trades a plus - IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD) are a plus - Experience using air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters **i**s a plus Candidates with experience in restoration, construction, demolition, roofing, or other hands-on trades tend to transition well into this role. **What You’ll Do** - Perform water mitigation including water extraction, structural drying, water damage cleanup, and demolition - Assist with fire and smoke cleanup - Support mold remediation as needed - Maintain organized trucks and properly functioning equipment - Work as part of a team and step up when responsibility is needed - Be on-call when scheduled to respond to emergency losses - Trauma cleanup work is available for trained team members who volunteer.
