The ideal candidate will have a **diverse technical background** and **extensive client-facing experience** in water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This individual will **lead multidisciplinary teams**, **support business development**, and **manage a wide range of project types, from conveyance and collection systems to treatment facility design.** **This is a pivotal role within VS Engineering as we launch this new service line, offering an exciting opportunity for long-term growth and leadership**. The selected candidate may choose Indianapolis or Noblesville as their home office.
