## Description **Wash Attendant - Job Description** **REPORTS TO:** LOCATION GENERAL MANAGER **RESPONDS TO:** Membership Sales Representatives **KEY ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITY:** 1. Prep vehicles to Clean View standards and ensure customers receive the correct wash. 2. Maintain a positive attitude toward customers at all times. 3. Ensure tunnel and property cleanliness meets Clean View standards. 4. Monitor cars in the tunnel to ensure vehicle safety. 5. Provide customer service as needed. **DUTIES** 1. Demonstrate the Clean View Customer Service Standards. 2. Greet customers with a smile and acknowledgment to build rapport. 3. Address customer concerns and questions promptly. 4. Prepare cars before entering the wash. 5. Assist customers as needed to ensure the car is in neutral when entering the wash. 6. Monitor cars moving through the tunnel until fully exited. 7. Identify and report any problems or issues with the wash mechanics. 8. Direct customer issues and incidents to a Membership Sales Representative and/or GM in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction. 9. Understand and follow all safety procedures. 10. Follow and document duties in Jolt our process app. 11. Keep tunnel cleaned as outlined in company standards 12. Maintain grounds cleanliness as instructed by your GM, including picking up garbage, shoveling, and sweeping debris and ice salt. 13. Follow opening and closing duties as outlined. 14. Reset and adjust the queue when necessary. 15. Troubleshoot problems within your training scope. 16. Proactively engage in cleanup and washing tasks without waiting for instruction. 17. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. 18.
