**Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator** **Ed Napleton Automotive Group** We are seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to support our service operations in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate claim processing, compliance, and timely reimbursement from manufacturers. * * * **Compensation & Benefits** - **$50,000 – $60,000 per year** - Family-owned and operated — **90+ years strong** - Medical, Dental, Vision insurance - 401(k) - Paid vacation & sick time - Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service - Advancement opportunities within a **Top 10 automotive group** * * * **What You’ll Own** - Book, submit, and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently - Review and code repair orders to meet factory compliance standards - **Stay current on warranty policies and proactively review new recalls, TSBs, and factory bulletins as released** - Work across multiple OEM brands, expanding your warranty expertise - Track and follow up on claim payments and rejections - Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting - Support service and body shop warranty workflows - Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation **This is a high-visibility, high-impact role.** * * * **What Makes You a Fit** - Proven automotive warranty administration experience - **CDK experience strongly preferred** - Multi-brand experience is a plus - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication - Able to pass background check and drug screen - Must be 18+ years old
