Apply Today!*** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - **Material Handling** - Receiving, unloading, and storing parts and products in an organized manner within the warehouse. Storing parts in their designated locations in the inventory area. - **Inventory Management-**Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, tracking, stocking, and conducting regular cycle counts. Ensure that all finished products are used in a rotation, following the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle. - **Order Picking and Packing-**Selecting items from stock to fulfill customer orders and prepare them to be issued to the assembly shop. Scanning completed documentation into the Company database. - **Quality Control-** Provide outstanding service to our customers. Inspecting products to ensure they are not damaged, defective, or have any other discrepancies. Any issues are to be reported to the Quality department. - **Equipment and Operation-**Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Perform daily inspections on forklifts, cranes,s and various other material-handling equipment. - **Documentation-** Maintain proper documentation on all orders, shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions. Scanning completed work orders into the company database. - **Safety**- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Participate in the company's Sharp Card Program. Report any injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions to a Manager or Safety Coordinator immediately. - **Cleaning and Maintenance-**Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and performing routine inspections on material handling equipment. (Forklift, crane, etc.) - **Teamwork-** Collaborate with coworkers to meet productivity goals and ensure smooth warehouse operations. - Adhere to on-call/off-call work schedule, being available on short notice around the clock and on-call week.
