Warehouse-Will Call

*Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America. We are looking for a Warehouse – **Will Call Associate** to add to our growing team in Medina* ***Only apply if you have warehouse and customer service experience. Others will not be considered.*** **Hours: 9:30am -6pm** ***Requirements:*** - *High School Diploma or GED* - *Must have warehouse AND Customer Service experience* **Job Duties:** - *Practice a high level of customer service with all customers that come to will call counter* - Follow up with salespeople or customers regarding orders that need to be cancelled or voided. - *Lifting pipes and materials* - *Working in warehouse with steel-toe shoes* - *Organize tickets against material* - *Pull in route and onsite orders and put away on appropriate shelves* - *Stage material on shelves and skips to be put away in high bay areas* - *Assist with pulling orders at the end of the day* - *Order supplies as needed* - *Void cancellations and follow up with salesman or customer* - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Ability to learn tow motor - Must be able to answer, transfer and page with phone system **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
