Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, we are committed to the highest sustainable forestry and procurement standard. ## Responsibilities The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse, transportation and packaging of the finished product, and the safety and productivity of warehouse employees. ## Qualifications - Manages all warehouse employees. - Provide training of all employees. - Ensures proper operation of warehouse department. - Monitor inspections of all forklifts. - Responsible for all customer returns; administers return authorization form in a timely fashion through accounting and notification of quality department. - Ensures that employees observe proper shipping and inventory practices. - Ensures that customer releases are shipped on time in full. - Ensure delivery of incoming materials to proper departments - Ensure employees understand proper operation and safety guidelines for the forklifts, pallet jacks, battery charger, and shrink wrap machine. - Comply with proper packing and skid wrapping procedures and ensure employees are instructed. - Responsible for quarterly cycle counts for all inventories. - Orders appropriate supplies for department. - Applies progressive discipline as required. - Assist in the company’s annual budget and work within the approved budget. - Adhere to company policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned
