**Warehouseman / Stand-up Rider Reach HiLo Driver** **Responsibilities:** - **$16 Permanent Shift:** - **Sunday-Thursday 1:00pm - 9:30pm (not including overtime)** - **Sunday - Thursday 3:00pm - 11:30pm (not including overtime)** - **Other shifts may also be available.** - Operate stand up rider reach HiLo to move product from dock to rack and from rack to picking location - Selecting full case grocery and dairy products from warehouse pick slots using pallet jacks when necessary. **See attached photos of the reach-truck/ HiLo and the control joystick it uses to operate; not a steering whee****l.** **Requirements:** - Location: Carlstadt, New Jersey (Meadowlands area) - 1 year stand up rider reach truck experience required - Stand up rider reach truck certification a plus but not required - Electric pallet jack knowledge a plus but not required - Pre-shift safety check on equipment. - Work in multi-temperature environment - Meet weekly productivity standards and accuracy. - Constant standing, walking, bending and continuously lifting up to 60 pounds. - Must be able to read alpha and numeric codes - No degree required but must be 18 years or older **** **Benefits:** - Full Healthcare Benefits Package - 401K Company match up to 5% - Paid Sick, Personal and Vacation Days - $16 hour Permanent Shift: Regular Overtime at time and a half **Job Considerations:** *Strength and Endurance:*Cases may weigh as much as 60 pounds and may be stored from floor level to upper rack height of 60". Extended reach requirements to the back of a 48" long pallet may be necessary due to inaccessibility to the other three sides of the pallet, as well as the lengthwise orientation of the pallet in the rack. Carry distances may range from a few feet to several yards depending on where the forklift is positioned, and whether any obstructions exist in the aisle.
