**Position Summary:** The Warehouse Specialist position is located in our Valley View, OH warehouse. The position works with the warehouse supervisor to coordinate the purchasing, receiving, and shipping of materials to mobile teams across the country while maintaining inventory control. They will also be responsible for organizing and updating applicable records. They will resolve traffic and shipping discrepancies and arrange for special deliveries to our teams. The primary goal is to ensure all operational requirements are met while limiting disruptions to both employees and customers. **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Pull, pack, ship, and receive materials - Maintain inventory and appropriate records - Resolve traffic and shipping discrepancies - Arrange for special deliveries - Additional miscellaneous duties as required **Minimum Qualifications:** - At least 2 years warehouse experience: pulling & packing orders - Ability to pack and lift up to 50 lb. packages throughout the workday - Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure - Must have good problem solving, organizational, and communication skills - Must have 1 year experience with Microsoft Word & Excel - Preferred: 1 year experience with UPS and/or FedEx shipping Systems - Valid driver's license required; must pass risk assessment through MVR check INDCORHP Life Line Screening is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
