Then VALCO is the company for you!*** **This position is Responsible for:** - Communicate with all departments including Purchasing, Shipping and Production on status of all Purchase orders and any changes or adjustments noted to them. - Organize and prioritize Receiving of purchase orders including unloading, staging of product orders. - Know proper identification of all items on the purchase order receiver. - Coordinate material movement between buildings. To include Cross docking / PA Cross dock. - Coordinate material movement between DC, MFG and any Outsource companies. - Prepare purchase orders for motor freight, UPS service and customer pick-up as required in a timely and efficient manner. Outsourcing. - Tag all items as required by purchasing, our internal control systems and procedures to ensure accurate count, item name, part labels as required. - Process receipts using internal ES system of all required purchase orders at the time of receipt. - Check that purchase orders are safely packaged, have no damage during receiving. Report all damages and discrepancies. - Deliver received product to proper storage locations, cross dock locations as required. - Review reports to act on any inventory item that is misaligned in our Bin locations – vs- ES and take all necessary steps to correct accurately. - Assist team members. customers and visitors in a courteous and timely manner. - Understand and complete all required paperwork and computer transactions correctly and timely. - Be sure department follows all safety requirements and keep area neat and orderly. - Disperse and process returned goods and complete proper paperwork. RMA. - Keep adequate inventory on all receiving material (skids, gaylords, banding, film, etc.) **Requirements:** - Minimum 3 years Receiving/Warehousing Supervisor Experience preferred - Ability to successfully and courteously interface with others. - Valid Driver License - Must have good organizational and decision-making skills
