Legend Valve is headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, with locations in Reno, Nevada and Stafford, Texas.. **SUMMARY** The Receiving Team is a vital component of our operation, ensuring that material is accurately received and stocked within the warehouse daily. The Receiving lead ensures the daily receiving schedule is set and maintained, and work is tracked and recorded within all established guidelines. **IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL** • Set and maintain the daily receiving schedule • Help ensure Safety, CTPAT, and Legend Receiving SOP compliance • Organize, track, and help prioritize all inbound receipts • Help identify, research, and communicate receiving discrepancies • Perform general receiving and inventory functions as needed • Primary and Secondary warehouse location creation, configuration, and maintenance as needed • General warehouse responsibilities, and other duties as assigned • Any additional duties assigned by management **Housekeeping:** • Ensure neat, clean, and organized personal work area • Ensure neat, clean, and organized receiving • Ensure neat, clean, and organized picking areas • Monitor and direct planned maintenance on equipment used by the warehouse team • Any additional duties assigned by management **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** Warehouse Receiving Team (M-F, 8am-4:30pm) **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS** Any combination of education and/or experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. Typical qualifications would be: • Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred • Minimum completion of High School diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of previous experience in warehouse receiving or similar • Proven experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented position • Proficiency with email and phone communication • Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, receiving processes, inventory control tools, and concepts • J.D.
