Warehouse Personnel

**Job Summary** Van's Home Center is looking for Warehouse Personnel to join our team at our Auburn location! You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. Ideally, you like working in a fast-paced environment that offers something new every day, and have a knack for following instructions and organizational processes. **Responsibilities:** - Receive and organize new products delivered to the warehouse - Pulling and organizing products and materials that are needed daily for customer deliveries and pick ups - Transferring items between our main warehouse and offsite warehouse - Plan and organize materials and items in the warehouse, including inventory tasks - Transferring items to the sales floor and assembling items for the sales floor as needed - Inspecting products for damages and unboxing or assembling products as needed prior to customer delivery - Ensuring all organizational and inventory tracking processes are followed - Assisting the Warehouse team and Delivery crews as needed, under the instruction of the Warehouse managers and/or the Operations Manager **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Able to life 50+ pounds - Able to be on your feet for the majority of the day - Be a fast worker, capable of keeping organized and following instruction/processes - Holding a valid drivers license - Forklift certification is a plus **Benefits/Perks:** - Health Insurance - 401K With Company Match - Paid vacation after 6 months of employment - Employee discount - Structured bonus schedule based on performance - Opportunities for growth and pay raises - Great working environment with a family owned company Compensation: $125.00 - $200.00 per day **About Van's Home Center**Van’s Home Center in Auburn has been a family owned and operated business since 1973.
