Warehouse Operator

Warehouse Operator Position: Warehouse Operator Hours: 2nd Shift 3:15PM-1:45AM 4 – 10’s in summer and OT as needed in busier months Pay: $26.50 plus $1.00 shift differential if applicable Warehouse Operator Role In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow. We innovate the nutrition products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life. **Key Responsibilities:** • Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others • Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly • Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery • Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment • Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed • Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area • Successful forklift certification required **Required Experience and Skills:** • Must be 18 years or older • 1 year of work experience in any industry • Basic computer and math skills • Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions • Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot • Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful **Preferred Experience:** • 1+ year of warehousing work experience • Forklift experience **Physical Requirements:** • Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds • Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements • Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment **About Land O'Lakes, Inc.** Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
