In this role, you'll support and drive the efforts to control and maintain high quality of product that has been refurbished. You will also support the inventory control practices that are in place to maintain the highest levels of inventory accuracy. Learn more about Ingram Micro ITAD here: http://youtu.be/6FUCoxgtulk?si=-TNEi6749mVSqpGp **What You'll Do** - Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations of assigned areas/department, including, but not limited to, quality control and inventory control - Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives. - Plan and coordinate schedules to optimize workflow, warehouse capacity, and on-time delivery. - Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and established inventory control procedures. Escalate any inventory related matters in a timely manner. - Ensure materials and technology assets are properly moved to correct locations – both physically and systematically, and according to company standards, - Monitor quality of the finished product, provide feedback in real-time, and ensure that any issues are escalated in a timely manner. - Maintain compliance with warehouse safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company operating procedures. - Investigate and resolve operational issues while serving as the primary escalation point for warehouse associates. - Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, diagnostic throughput, and shipping performance, implementing corrective actions as needed. - Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure warehouse equipment, facilities, testing stations, and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition. **What You Will Bring to This Role** - High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution center, logistics, supply chain, or IT asset disposition (ITAD) experience, including at least 3 years in warehouse operations and 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience. - Experience leading warehouse teams in high-volume, fast-paced distribution, fulfillment, ref…
